Originally from Bangkok, Thailand-born Owner and Executive Chef Chainan Kanjanasaree was lured into the culinary world 10 years earlier. His passion for this industry and for food started when he was working for a small local restaurant. Over the years, Chainan has learned to develop his own unique style and skill and has decided that he was ready to take the next step and open a restaurant of his own – Chaiya Thai Restaurant. Chaiya Thai Restaurant officially opened its door in 2013 and is located within a friendly neighborhood of West Portal, San Francisco.
